2026 Savanna Bulldogs Football Preview – Presented by Stuteville Ford of Atoka

SAVANNA BULLDOGS

Coach: CHAD STONE

4-6

Savanna enters 2026 with a clear identity built around senior quarterback/linebacker Aiden Totani and a significantly bigger, deeper group in the trenches. Totani led the nation in 8-man rushing yards per game through five games last fall at 307 yards per contest, and second-year head coach Chad Stone is surrounding him with a mix of experienced linemen and impactful transfers. The Bulldogs believe their size—potentially averaging more than 250 pounds per lineman even in double-tight sets—along with improved depth on both lines and at the skill positions, will fuel a step forward this season.

Offensively, Stone’s roots are in the split-back veer he learned from OCA Hall of Famer Ed Jones, and Savanna will emphasize ball control, minimizing mistakes, and sustaining long drives. Totani (6-3, 190) returns after producing more than 2,500 all-purpose yards and 39 total touchdowns in just seven games, giving the Bulldogs a dynamic threat as a runner and passer. Up front, senior transfer Devon Valdovinos (6-2, 303) and freshman Eli Isom (6-1, 245) anchor a massive offensive line, joined by sophomore Robert Holt (6-0, 205), who started at center and tight end last season. Junior transfer Kaison Kline (5-9, 140) and freshman Kash Patton (5-7, 130) add speed on the perimeter. Stone also plans to feature tight ends, unbalanced formations, and play-action to complement a physical run game.

Defensively, Savanna will base out of a three-man front but can shift to a two-man line with additional linebackers. Totani doubles as a standout defender after leading the team with 61 tackles, 11 tackles for loss, three interceptions, two forced fumbles, and a sack in 2025, while senior Bobby Hearod (5-10, 170) returns as the third-leading tackler. Sophomore linemen Chris Isaac (6-0, 262) and Dalton Trent (6-1, 264), both state powerlifting standouts, add strength inside, while junior linebacker Brayden LeFlore (6-1, 175) and junior Jacob Isom (5-11, 155) round out a physical unit focused on creating pressure and disruption.
