SASAKWA
Coach: CORKY SNODGRASS
10-2
Sasakwa enters the 2026 season with high expectations after a historic year that saw the Vikings capture the first district championship in school history, reach the quarterfinals and finish 10-2 in six-man football. Head coach Corky Snodgrass returns nearly his entire roster after losing only two seniors to graduation, giving Sasakwa an experienced group ready for another playoff run.
Offensively, the Vikings return seven starters and will once again feature their quick-tempo, no-huddle attack. Junior quarterback Thad Harjo (6-1, 187) leads the offense after throwing for 1,331 yards and 24 touchdowns last season.
Senior receiver and VYPE Top 100 nominee Titan Collins (5-10, 170) is the centerpiece of the passing game, entering the season with 104 career receptions for 2,495 yards and 33 touchdowns. Senior playmaker Darius Henderson (5-9, 165) is a threat to score from anywhere on the field, while District MVP Sherman Mitchell (5-10, 195) returns at running back. Junior Titus Collins (5-10, 160) and senior Joseph Lunn (5-8, 200) add versatility and experience.

The Vikings also return seven starters on defense, a unit that allowed just 195 points while the offense scored 511. Lunn and Titus Collins combined for nearly 200 tackles last season and lead a defense built on speed and physicality.
Senior defensive end Ayden Livesay (5-9, 190) and junior nose guard Karl White (5-9, 210) anchor the line, while Henderson and Titan Collins lead the secondary. Collins has more than 20 career interceptions and over 10 punt and kickoff return touchdowns.
With a veteran roster, proven production and experience throughout the lineup, Sasakwa appears well-positioned to defend its district title and make another deep postseason run.
