Miss Shelter Insurance Softball Players of the Year Nominated by their Coaches – Southeast Area

(To nominate someone for this list please email [email protected])

Reagan Wade – Stuart

State Champ and All-State Recipient

Reagan is a true example of a great teammate. She has one of the strongest work ethics I have ever seen in a student athlete. It showed in the State Tournament by her hitting a 3-run bomb in the state finals that helped us win a State Championship. She was locked down at third base and made some extremely tough plays to help us win. She is the definition of a star athlete and teammate. AVG: 492, RBI: 46, HR: 14
Fielding Percentage: .992, Errors: 1.

Reagan Wade – Stuart

Kansas West – Boswell

She has maintained a 4.0 GPA throughout all four years of high school, excelling both academically and athletically. She played softball for four years and basketball for one, while also being an active member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) and Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) for four years. She has represented Oklahoma on the national stage, earning two gold medals in FCCLA competitions. In addition to her school activities, she is deeply involved in her church and youth group, and has served on the Choctaw Nation’s Youth Advisory Board for two years. She was also recognized as the Voice of Democracy award recipient and currently holds leadership positions as senior class president and FCCLA chapter president.

Eveyon Martin – Paoli

Eveyon is a team leader. She leads by example, not just by words. She is consistent, hardworking, dependable, and always wanting to learn more. Eveyon also works hard in the classroom.

Timber Hensley – Silo

Timber is a tenacious competitor that plays with a passion and energy that is infectious to all of her teammates. Timber loves the big moments. She thrives when it’s the most crucial times of the game. She is the ultimate teammate.

Allie Tovar – Red Oak

Allie is one of the best catchers to come through this program. I feel as if she maybe the best catcher in our state right now… she is a great leader and great person! She is a great role model for our young athletes..she is a great Christian influence on everyone around her.

Allie Tovar – Red Oak

Bella Smith – Holdenville

Bella is a hard working kid. She is reliable and very coachable. By watching her play you wouldn’t think she is not pursuing softball beyond high school. For a kid who knows she is not playing collegiately, she works and upholds herself to a high standard. She is a great teammate and has a positive attitude 100% of the time.
