Smitherman is a great kid and a hard worker that is always working to improve his game. He will look to play a big role for the team this season.
Malachi Sunagoowie – Hartshorne
Malachi is a junior that has started and hit in the four hole since his freshman season. He continues to be one of the biggest offensive threats in the lineup. Last season he emerged on the mound as one of the team’s most consistent arms and showed a great deal of improvement and desire to compete on the mound. His personality and love for the game is infectious.
Gunner Hodgell – McAlester
He has started for McAlester baseball for two years. Hodgell is a do-it-all kind of guy. He can play anywhere on the field and has. He will be one of the team’s go-to guys this season.
Reed Kauk – Red Oak
Reed is a great athlete and an equally outstanding teammate. He makes an impact on and off the field.
Zack Luker – Stuart
A great kid on and off the field, Luker loves the game and it shows when he is on the field.

Jaycie Williams – McAlester Girls
Jaycie is an outstanding athlete that is an asset to the team. She brings energy to the team and is not afraid of hard work.
Ronaldo Martinez – McAlester Boys
Martinez puts in the time and effort so that he will be at his best when game time rolls around.
Softball
Allie Tovar – Red Oak
Allie is an all-around solid softball player and she will play a big role for Red Oak this season.
Reagan Wade – Stuart
Reagan is a prime example of a team leader and a great teammate. She is a big bat in the team’s lineup.
